How many headhunters to use at a time, should u tell a headhunter where u
have been interviewed because he does
not want duplicated submissions, should u tell him ur salary and bonus
history? And ur team's info?

This is just the worst advice. HHs are all full of BS, their only goal is to
make money. Just use them for your best.
Never tell them where you interviewed. Tell them company name is OK. Never
give them your team's info. Your compensation is ok because they need that
to locate propriate positions. Never work with one HH exclusively because
none of them is much better than others.

Treat HH as your enemy. Don't believe anything HH said.
You can negotiate the offer through HH but never ever let him negotiate FOR
you.
The only reason you want to negotiate through him is that you get the buffer
. You don't have to give an answer of yes or no right away when facing a HR
guy.
Don't ever tell him your bottom line. Only start from a very high base and
watch how he reacts - if you can't push him through even after you threaten
to back off, that's a good indicator that what your asking is too high. Don'
t ever worry about him presenting that crazy base to the company only to get
rejected because he's much more concerned of losing a deal than you.
And after the final package is done, always check the numbers with a HR or
MD. don't take the HH's word for granted (since sometimes, companies don't
like to put down guaranteed on paper).
And more often than not, HH is willing to pay you out of his own pocket just
to close the deal. Always ask a sign-on - if the company doesn't pay you,
HH will.
