A***o 发帖数: 351 | 1 Hi, today two headhunters called me after I post my CV.
(1) May I work with one headhunter or I can work with them both?
(2) One headhunter send my CV to company A.
The other headhunter send my CV also to company A. I do not know whether it
is the same position. Is it OK ? Or I should just correpond to one. Not the
other.
I asked them to send me email regarding the details. But I have not received
anything.
Thanks a lot, |

r*g 发帖数: 17 | 3 sure you can. Actually I think you should definitely work with several HHs
at the same time. It seems that one HH will only work your CV with one firm
at a time, especially if you are going somewhere, so working with several
could maximize your exposure.

r*g 发帖数: 17 | 6 my personal experience is, they seem to be sending your CV to several firms
at the same time, but at any given time, only one event is moving on with
one hh. Dunno if it's the current market or just my illusion. |
c******s 发帖数: 58 | 7 This is my experience too. If one placement is moving forward and there is
hope for an offer, the recuiter won't send your resume to anyone else even
if there is a better opportunity coming along. The reason is simple: the
recuiters don't want to aggravate their relationships with the recuiting
firms by putting the candidate in a bargainning position with multiple
offers.
So I think it's absolutely necessary to work with multiple recuiters at the
same time, as long as you get a handle on who is
