if she/he holds on and is not fired, she/he will eventually go from analyst(
associate)--AVP-VP-director? Or, it is also possile that she/he will work as
an analyst(associate) or (AVP)VP forever?
If no, she/he'd better change job and switch to another bank that may give
her/him a higher title?
Let's put MD aside as it is really hard to get there.
