1. my car had a transmission oil leak right after i had it fixed in a repair
shop. I don't trust that repair shop then swtiched to another shop:
firestone.
2. Firestone worked on it and told me it was fixed. but the next day i found
it was still leaking. then i brought the car back. Firestone cleaned it and
told me it was not actually leaking, they already fixed the problem, the
thing that dripped was actually residue oil. I trusted them and then | D**N

一，不要把车送到firestone。除非你不想要那辆车，否则一定不要送到那里。
二，查一下你的lease，如果说cable ready，那么你可以让他们负责此事，否则可以投
诉。
三，愤怒本身没什么好坏，但在什么时候，对什么人和事气愤，以及表达的方式，是更

事前做足research，出现困难的时候冷静下来,多思考学会独立判断问题,而不是一味指望依赖别人，才是减少烦恼的捷径。
即使必须要找别人，也先把最关键的要点彻底想清楚了再找。人与动物解决问题的区别在于人会思考后再行动。最要不得条件反射式地一遇挫折就喊别人，那样与动物无异。整理好思路会让事情顺利很多。 |
