help the emotional difficulty you are experiencing.

major, but finally I give up this way because when I read the other person '
s paper, my ideas are gone.
So I am writing my thesis in my poor English, then I will revise it.

There's two things that might help your writing thesis. One, when you have
an idea, keep writing really fast, don't think about grammar or choices of
words, just keep writing. Then you revise it some other day. Two, write
first in Chinese then translate it. Some people's problem is not English
writing, but writing.
