felt it for a long time. However, when I am not depressed, I am usually
worried about things, which can be anything. I seldom feel relieved. I feel
either depressed or worried at a time.
Last week, just when I felt a little relieved about my work. I suddenly felt
about my depression again. That evening, I went out doing some excercise with
my family. It was dark and raining and chilly. I felt my heart sunk. The

time, and has their own sadness. I think you are a type of person who are very
sensitive of anything around, right? Are you very easy to get nervous?
