I need the H1B to apply for a green card.
Talked to HR, she said that 's the regulation of the government.
(can start only six months before J1 expires)
Is there anyone who did or know this?

Common sense is not enough.
The HR says it's the regulation of the government.
I personally think that is just an excuse for some reasons.
My boss is willing to help me.
But ask me to find out a true case and any governmental documents.
Anyone has the same experience, please help.
Need to persuade someone , evidence is needed.
I will try search online...
