决的. 绝大多数企业都不知道他们自己的value proposition. 更重要的是,管理层也没
有动力和政治魄力去面对这些问题. 没有管理层的绝对支持,lean six sigma没有成功
的可能. 多数企业即使执行了也就是依样画葫芦罢了. 这就是为什么号称要学lean six
sigma的公司多,学会的几乎一个也没有(除非原来就这么做的公司).
Buffett最近说CEO应该是Chief Risk Officer,这个我很赞同. 因为风险控制是公司的
根本. 但是,lean six sigma的精髓,说穿了也是公司的根本. 不由CEO兼职,我觉得还不
如不搞. 尤其国内这环境,大家捞现钱还来不及呢,谁想这么远? 想这么远对自己有什么
好处? 如果,你这个行当到最后对谁都没有好处,你说还有什么前途? Lean six sigma的
起始点不就是用户需要么? 光有技术没有用户有什么用？ |

如果你去过crystal mountain，你大概应该在forest queen lift下面听过这句话。那
里的lift一次可以坐六个人，人多的时候，那里的有个亚裔老人会笑着跟每个人打招呼
，然后说“Make it Six，thanks！”，我总是称他为Mr Six。 有时候我也抓紧时间跟
他问候上一两句，看得出来他对他的这份工作很自豪很有热情，不像有的年轻人一看就
知道只是为了这份工作或者只是为了那张免费的年票。
这个周末是crystal mountain这个雪季的最后一个周末，周六带着老大最后又去了一趟
。这次倒是记得提前给相机充电了，车上老大拿着瞎拍，上了shuttle才想起来扔在后
座忘揣兜里了，也懒得回去拿，又杯具了。
中午到forest queen顶上的summit house吃饭，给老大买了她最喜欢的mac&cheese喝橙
汁，自己啃带来的干粮喝白水，穷啊。坐着远远地看见Mr Six坐在另一个桌子旁跟一大
堆人聊天，过了一会儿抬头看见他又换了个桌子聊天，再抬头发现他已经在我的桌子边

website and search for six flags, they have been giving away tickets to six
flags. If you click on "rules" and scroll down to #5, under c. you can get
a token to enter for free. You can do this 5 times a day and use multiple
email addresses to try. You do a slot machine type game and can "win" the
tickets.
I have gotten 6 free tickets for my family this way and only tried a few
dozen times.

就是教你点怎么做process improvement 项目的东西，比如process map啊，value
stream啊，FMEA, MSA, 之类的，然后教你点统计学的东西，
比如怎么来分析数据，f(x)=k1x+k2x+k3x...+b,数据哪里有问题，然后就让你用这一套
方法做项目，最后算算你省了多少钱，给经理们做个幻灯片演示。
然后你就秀给他们看，基本上就是说，以前这状况多么糟糕，然后我多么牛逼地找出了
问题，通过我牛逼的统计分析，我的数据支持了我的决策，然后我改进以后，
看看这曲线改变得多美啊，看我这一年给公司省了多少钱！从我这个项目里还可以
分出ABC 三个spin-off projects。
一般来说six sigma 都是这个，用于把y数据从a点改变到b点，比如把库存
从A降低到B，把COST从C降低到D，把revenue从E提高到F。
