发帖数: 921 | 3 I use OPT for a year, then my advisor sponsor me H1b, when we apply H1B, the
I129 form and LCA all write 3 years of employment. But secretory said she
need the department head to approve 3 years on the verification letter, or
she will write one year period, renewable up to 3 years. | c**l
