esp when you exercise too long with an empty stomach.
A lot of asians have limited muscle, so the key is keeping our
muscle (it's better to build more even if it is not easy to build)
whereas losing our body fat.
So the key is:
1. eat as many times as possible each day, like 5-6 times.
2. watch out the total calories you eat.
3. If you like to lose a few pounds, make sure what you eat is
need each day for your base metabolism.
4. exercise to boose your base metabolism. |

u can even use ur own weights, or your child's weights...
for shakehand, u'd better to have strong shoulder to loop beside arms.

folks who are light but somehow fat due to lack of lean mass.
