Cell Metabolism影响因子好像高一点，可是metabolism部分主要是合作者做的，投到
专业杂志上对我们没有特别的好处。Cell Systems的影响因子又没出来，不敢轻易下手
。估计这文章也等不到6月中下旬影响因子出来了就得投了。还有molecular cell好像
也可以试试，不知道CNS以下这三个杂志以上metabolism相关还有哪个杂志可以考虑吗
？ 做篇文章不容易，求大家建议，谢谢了。 |

editor建议我们transfer到NCB，邮件说已经和NCB的editor联系好了，会给我们deep
review。以前我们实验室有投cell metabolism的经历，接受一次，据一次，感觉整个
过程还是比较快的。而且我们是lipid领域的小lab，所以计划改稿件投cell
metabolism，已经差不多好了。
今天NCB的editor来信催我们transfer，这样搞得我们又犹豫是不是投NCB。我们就怕
NCB折磨人，拖，我们的实验相对简单，重在novelty，就怕scoop了。我们估计如果投
cell metabolism，90%会审稿。
请问大家应该先投哪家好？ 谢谢！
另外如果投NCB，western blotting data需要原图，是投稿时还是接受后补上？还有其
它哪些data需要原始数据吗？ |

editor建议我们transfer到NCB，邮件说已经和NCB的editor联系好了，会给我们deep
review。以前我们实验室有投cell metabolism的经历，接受一次，据一次，感觉整个

发现大部分Cell metabolism相关的基因在肿瘤中都有非常非常显著的变化。可是相关
的文章却查不到几篇。
我的疑问是这些变化这么显著的基因，难道没有人研究过他们在肿瘤发生发展中的功能
吗?
还是已经研究过了，发现其实大部分都是passenger，而不是Driver？ |

ADME，in vivo也就是pk也做过一些,然后j1来了美国，做的是cancer research的。想
来想去还是想去做metabolism。
一直想读个phD，master也行，可是现在都很少有drug metabolism或是
pharmacokinetics的phD program了，全是研究分子生物学啥的。茫然中，求指点。
另外，如果我直接去找adme或者pk的工作能找到么？ |

NCB就是高不成低不就的，没人待见。而且很烦人，要问很多实验数据的统计问题，
要问各种细胞的最初始来源，有没有污染，每个实验都重复了多少次，多少次成功，
多少次失败，等等 ，很烦人，收费还很贵 。原始数据都要，包括excel统计表以及
原始数据的p value等等，还有所有图片的原始图片。 |
