submit you paper to other journals". and now the status of the paper is "
not under active consideration".
While I remember in my last paper they only say " if you think you can
refute all the criticisms and we will give it further consideration".
So I would like to know anyone has similar experience? I think our point
was misunderstood by the referee so I would like to clarify it. But I don't
want to wast too much time is t |

发帖数: 61 | 3 又不是法院终审判决，你永远都有appeal的机会，编辑（通常是assistant editor）决
定了，还有告到editor board member，然后由associate editor再决定。我appeal成
功过两次，自己都觉得有点不可思议。一次是编辑对文章本身有好感，审稿人据了，一
次是两个审稿人都同意发表，编辑据了。

decision了。
