Offer1: Scientist, 20% increase from current base salary, 12% bonus, 10K
long term incentice. 3 direct reports to me. Late stage process
Offer2: Scientist I, 12% increase in base, 15% bonus, no LTI, no direct
report. Early-stage.
Prefer offer1. Any advice?
