Novartis is currently seeking a Ph.D. level scientist to lead a team of
analytical scientists to support target and drug discovery projects,
covering the analytical needs in chemistry, protein chemistry and
proteomics
The qualified candidate will be acting as a research leader working closely
with a broad group of scientists from biology, chemistry and translational
sciences within Novartis to contribute to our efforts in drug discovery and
in understanding disease mechanisms and in discovering new targets.
Network with Novartis global analytical community to further develop our
capability and develop new technologies
Provide training, coaching and mentoring to team members in analytical
chemistry group.
Minimum requirements
1.Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, analytical chemistry or related fields with
over 10 years of industrial experience in analytical science
2.Good track record of scientific contributions in analytical science
3.Excellent oral and written communication skills
4.Leadership experience |
