inoculating 8 million cells (IP)on Balb/c nude mice, 3 months later, the
tumor still did grow.I'm not sure if I use the lower dose. ATCC suggests use
aound 10 million.The nude mice is really expensive, and this work is time
consuming. Anybody has this experience? Thanks |
