Two bedrooms of a 3 bedroom townhouse are available (I am a male young
professional taking one room now) from Nov 1, 2013. It is looking for nice,
clean and responsible young professionals working at Wilmington City or
within Philadelphia area. Students are welcome too. Male is preferred. Oily
cooking and parties are discouraged.
Location:
The move-in condition townhome is located in convenient North Wilmington
community. It is surrounded by popular shopping malls and grocery places,
within 5 min drive. Noting that it is only (1) ~18 min to Wilmington City; (
2) ~ 20 min to Philadelphia Airport; (3) ~ 20 min to Philadelphia； and (4)
easy access to major attractions.
Floor plan:
(1) 1st floor : finished basement and two car garages. The brick patio is a
wonderful venue for warm weather entertaining.
(2) 2nd floor - living room and kitchen. The gorgeous kitchen features
cherry cabinets and stainless steel appliances. French doors flanking the
centered fireplace from the adjoining family room open to a generously-sized
raised deck. The whole floor is hardwood.
(3) 3rd floor - 3 rooms. All rooms have tray ceiling and fans. The two
secondary bedrooms share one guest baths.
Rental:
The rental is $650 plus utilities (water, electricity, gas and trash, etc.)
and cables. It is move-in condition with mattress and furniture. Security
deposit is mandatory.
