发帖数: 7 | 1 我家在newark，1700多sf的townhouse，property tax一年不到2000块，确实很便宜。
你要是想坐火车千万不要住newark，R2到newark只有很少的几班。好像是早两班晚两班
。到wilmington车比较多。但是房子买在wilmington要多交一点city tax，忘了是多少
了，跟费城city tax比起来还是少多了。但是火车站周围感觉比较乱，如果住得稍微远
一点的话，停车在火车站也要一笔钱。wilmington Riverfront近几年新开发的condo和
townhouse据说不错，不知道离火车站多远。另外我有朋友住在claymont附近，好像那
里的火车站是有停车场可以直接停车的，你也可以看看。基本上就是R2沿线，
wilmington附近的车站，只要有park and ride的地方，你都可以考虑。 |

Ford PA, Hockessin DE. 这些都是开车不算太远的学区比较好的地方。你可以在这些

去（海滩边上的旅馆除外）。
PS.如果你打算从Wilmington开车经过Myrtle Beach到Charleston的话，可以开车到
Wilmington半岛的最南段（Fort Fisher)然后搭汽车轮渡到对面的Southport。不会节
约太多时间但是也是一个不同的花样。 |

发帖数: 1 | 49 我是在读研究生，暑期要在Wilmington DE的downtown实习两个月。之前有做了一些功
课，发现Wilmington的downtown不是十分安全，所以把目光瞄准了附近的大学。但是特
拉华大学又离downtown很远，如果需要租车的话费用会比较贵。所以只能在其他公交线
路上看看有没有房源。
之前有人推荐区Silverside Rd附近租，一个月500左右，水电会包括在里面，不知道这
个价格是不是比较合理，有没有其他更好的选择？
