someone posted these photos from the past weekend:
which made me think of a warm hat, probably a balaclava. The nearest
REI is 2 hrs round trip, so I thought that maybe I could put the
leftover fleece from the pot poach project into use. Luckily, a quick
google search brought me to this page:

which has a nice sewing pattern for a balaclave, and saved me a heck
lot of time in designing. |

挖的洞那里钻一排眼, 拿绳一穿,就可以把洞收紧了,
我买的普通balaclava
鼻子处挖了俩洞,又用黑色FLEECE,做了罩,改装成了高级防雾面罩

我打算在洞上包一排边，这样洞不会stretch 应该就好了。

permits for the past years, there are only a few weekends when all permits
are used.

with two groups going on this weekend and the Labor day weekend, both have
very flexible plans including cutting-short or extending stays. I didn't
handle the permits, though.

the weather looks turning clear and temperature rising to a more friendly
level this coming weekend. i am still debating to pack my down jacket or not
though.

good for now, overnight temperature even climbs to 20 degree. The downside
is that the snow will be shitty on our way down in the afternoon.

怎么都是浪费半天时间。
想周五下班就出发，也是熬夜到那里睡觉。
周六早上出发还得起个大早，也是睡不好。
