the value in these years and even increased a little, upper arlington stay
the same or went down little. Dublin might be the best choice. where I live
is down 20% over the past 5 years. :(

。卖方不愿意修主要问题，只能放弃。白白损失了500刀。据说还有一个offer进来，买
家准备花$75000upgrade... |

你去city data查一下就知道了，不管是论aian的比例，还是论收入人群，平均房价，
upper arlington都不是最优的。
