发帖数: 1003 | 4 My sun is almost 1 yr old and is about to go to daycare. We tried to adjust
to 1 nap to fit the daycare schedule but failed terribly. :(
We tried really hard to stimulate him in the morning and drag it until noon
before letting him go to sleep but it doesn't work too well - he can fall
asleep just on a 1 minute stroll to the park.... Because he's too sleepy by
noon he also doesn't eat very well, sometimes, he falls asleep during
feeding with food in his mouth... (so cute but my heart also breaks)
So we basically have given up because I think he's not ready. We will let
daycare deal with that. :( |

Lack of sleep made him prone to sickness...

全没有问题。关灯不说话，一会就睡着了 |

I originally hoped that he would sleep better and longer at night then he is
exhausted at daycare... He already doesn't sleep much at night - 9 hours
from 9pm to 6am.... :(
