we have PPO and only certain percentage is covered, just trying to project
how much I will have to spend out of my pocket.
Additionally, I just scheduled an ultrasound for 8th week of pregnancy, what
should I expect for that appointment. Will I get to do an ultrasound?

charge了256的样子，这个256是保险cover前。但是不同地方收费可能不一样，MM不放
心可以打电话问问。 |

SCREEN的时候就被医院摆了一道，做之前告诉我是99+15draw fee，结果收到保险公司
benefit explanation要500块，好在后来还cover了一部分，自付200块的样子。打电话
找医院理论，人家说之前告诉你的只是个estimation，不代表最后的价格，很无语....

deductible,所以全部自付，大B超一部分deductible一部分coinsurance，需要付130多
。我的也是PPO。
