ultrasound，7 weeks 6 days，看到了宝宝，也听到了好像打鼓一样的心跳，终于安心
了些。谢谢宝宝版的祝福！还有三个问题要问问大家：
1. 我昨天去药店拿OB开的prenatal vitamin，居然要out of pocket $50，才30天剂量
，好贵啊。我用的是empire BCBS保险，一直还不错，后来药房的人说这个prenatal
vitamin不算“治病”的药，只是营养药，所以特别贵。如果孕期一直吃甚至听说生完
还接着吃的话，每个月$50也太贵了……
请问大家prenatal vitamin吃over the counter的可以不？其实成分都差不多吧，over
the counter在GNC或者直接买nature made便宜好多啊。
2. 我的OB那里没有ultrasound，所以要去她associated的医院做， 好像很多人都是OB
和ultrasound分开两个地方。那么ultrasound的结果医院会给OB吗，还是每次我要告诉
OB ultrasound的结果？

下周抽血,再做一个 regular ultrasound. OB 说下面还要再到 high-risk specialist
那儿再去做一个 ultrasound.
回来想了想,越来越不想去 high-risk specialist 那儿去了.据说 ultrasound 对胎儿
有潜在的危险. 一个 regular ultrasound, 看看宫颈, fluid, anatomy 之类的不久可
以了吗? 我有个大宝,孕期一切顺利,生产顺利. 难道就因为我现在高龄, 就要去看
high-risk specialist?
可以跟 OB 谈不去 high-risk specialist 那儿去吗? 实在要去抽血可以,但不原意再

现内裤上有2滴血的痕迹,在网上查阅了一些资料后，发现准确地说法是brown
discharge,马上打电话给OB（前面已经预约了OB在3周后第一次检查），OB让做一个
blood test,我老婆周一到一个lab做了,昨天我打电话到OB,还是receptionist或者是护
士，护士说验血没有问题，不需要做第二次了，不过还是要做一个ultrosound.
我的问题是现在可以做ultrosound吗？有没有什么危害？在目前这个时刻和情形下是否
有必要？还有ultrosound是检查什么呢？不是还没有heartbeat? 对了，老婆现在是第7
周开始。
今天预约ultrasound和一个医生又聊了一下，她认为ultrasound不会有副作用，我和老
婆还是有一些疑虑，请问我老婆是否应该做这个检查？不知道大家都是在第几周作的第
一次ultrasound?

打电话来说，她有些片子拍错了，让我第二天再去做！！ 一个星期做了2次B超，每次
都超过一小时。 我无论如何不肯再去做第三次。
老公说B超对宝宝无害，天天做也没啥。我觉得过度密集的B超难免有伤害。 要做也等
一个星期后再说。 今天快到 appointment 时间的时候，老公催着我出门，我坚决不去
。最后也没去。
我不知道我做的对不对，大家帮我看看。

啦。预约的今天做ultrasound，宝宝一切正常，宝宝8w1day，预产期是Jan 5th。
ob专门show给我和老公看宝宝的心跳，她说心率大概200bpm，很紧张啊怎么那么高啊，
大家一般不都160多180多么，后来ob又补充说是estimate的。很疑惑阿，为什么很多
JMs第一次B超都是知道具体的数字呢？难道我们这个机器比较落后？不过看到宝宝的小
小心儿一跳一跳的心里还是粉激动粉激动滴！
今天还看到了黑黑的yolk sac，部分chorion组织，还有宝宝的位置（肚脐与耻骨联合
中点偏左2厘米的样子）。收获了三张pictures，然后验血验尿，开开心心的回家拉！
晚上给爸妈视频，于是乎急不可耐的show B超的照片，虽然看不清啥东西。
我自己按照排卵期算得和B超测出的预产期是一致的。因为我周期不是很regular，所以
用末次月经第一天算很不准的。不知道有没有差不多时间的新妈么？以后可以多交流。
问个弱问题哈，今天知道预产期后就去lilypie做了签名档，为什么下午的时候就copy |

我的时间和你的差不多，OB预测预产期是1月5号，还没做Ultrasound呢。按末次月经第
一天算起的话，现在是8W 1D。一直以来，除了早晨刷牙时干呕几下，胃口比以前差一
点，看到一些旧菜会有点反胃外，没啥反应。真担心是否一切正常。可下次见医生时间
是6.16，还说要下次见时再确定Ultrasound时间呢，着急啊。。。 |

宝9周，而按照最后一次例假方法测的是10周，整整差了一周时间，我问OB：我的月经
周期是28天，最多31天，现在按B超就变成35天了，B超算的due date准吗？OB说：at
this early stage, ultrasound should give the most accurate due date. 我心里
还是相信例假方法的，或者顶多 in between.差一个星期有点离谱。

有说这个是subject to deductible. 但是在maternity test 下面什么都没有提，所以

cyst in each side of my baby's kidney, 4mm and 5mm during the bigger
ultrasound. she said 10% of the unborn baby could have the same condition.
she didn't send me to a specialist. and she said there is no need to do
extra ultrasound to check whether it is gone or not. also she said most of
cyst will disappear automatically after delivery. she showed me the report
which said the cyst could be considered as normal variant.

用的One a day，挺好的。不过GNC\NATURE MADE也都不错。mm可以自己网上直接购买的。
2、我觉得如果OB和ultrasound是定点联系的，他们应该是内部信息系统，电脑里面资
料共享的。因为我当时做了两次深度ultrasound检查，就在外面的诊所做的。但是是OB
直接安排的，资料他们会共享。

我之前给宝宝喂奶的时候，有一次右胸堵了个奶结，不痛不痒，但是很明显摸得出来，
我洗澡热敷，抱宝宝狂吸都消不下去，我老公比我还紧张，立马给我约去见了大夫，大
夫90%都肯定是堵奶造成的，说断奶了漫漫自己会消下去，我们不放心，让她约了个
ultrasound,去照之前我真的一直有意无意在摸（汗一个。。。）的的确确有个胞啊，
做的时候还让技师也摸了下的，结果神了，做完我们出门上车，我一摸，没了，当时我
就觉得这尼玛太神了，不就是拿了个探头，抹了点gel，按摩了下嘛，堵奶都消啦？！

过很多这样的情况，从来没有come back with problem的，潜水时也看到不少姐妹说到
过类似的话题，所以我并不是特别担心。唐筛时risk ratio是1:7500。我跟lg都坚信宝
宝是健康的。
现在的问题是应该什么时候做第二次的ultrasound呢？最早是下个星期就是我21w1d的
时候，不然就是下下个星期22w1d 或是22w3d 的时候做。是应该越早越好么，还是等等
长没了更好？ 22w的时候会不会太晚呢？下周lg不能去，所以更倾向于下下周。给医生
留了个message，也想听听姐妹们的意见。谢谢大家了！！ |
