住manhattan,对于manhattan来说已经很便宜了。
我想搬到一个稍微好点的地方比如upper east side, 这样的话房租会变成工资的50%。
。。
我觉得有点多了，但是我实在不想离开manhattan也实在不想住现在的地方了。
怎么分配算合理呢？大家说说吧，实在不行我也只能搬Queens了。。。>.< |

You can get a studio bigger than mine for around $1300-1350. Last year

worth it. Also try to live below 42nd St. Somewhere in Chelsea, Gramercy
Park, Village (east/west) would be the best. Upper East Side is for old and
boring people. If you really need more space for your money and still wants
to be cool and hip, move to Hoboken, NJ. The housing in HOboken is way
better than anywhere in Queens. There is also a bonus of not having to pay
city taxes. It is almost like getting a raise.
Moving to the burbs has many hidden cost. You would need a car, you would
need to take expensive trains and etc. |

i don't know how to drive...
I'd never actually lived below 96th street. I want somewhere in between all
the parties and family life, and close to the Park. Upper West is the best
choice i guess. But i will also consider other options if opportunities come
alone.
It just I hate looking for an apartment, if I can find something decent at
the two locations I indicated, i would not try anything else.

save at least $500 a month compare to living in manhattan. food cost half of
wut they cost in manhattan, save another $100-$200 a month.
to those who live in 96th st of manhattan, u pay $600 more than i do to save

如果行情和一年前差不多的话，1350在96街附近 1br的还是租不到吧，我当时找的最低
要1400。不过1350租studio肯定能找到。

我自己的的当时送了一个月，后来一年以后房租涨了十块钱，但是起点是第一年免费一
个月以后的平均价。比我想的好。

费之后算下来有差不多的。

我记得100和1st有一个小区，全是很好很新的大楼，小区绿化也很好，river view，房
间格局和功能设计都很好，房间很大，采光非常好，studio和你这个价格估计差不多。
不过整个小区都是黑人。。。。
