话budge大概在1500/month左右。在Manhattan浮动比较大。

岛上环境非常温馨，是NYC一个闹中取静的地方，治安很好，已经有好几年没有犯罪记
录了，经常有些社区活动，最北边有lighthouse一概景区，夏季bbq活动非常热闹。岛
上还有duane reade，大小超市若干，酒吧，甜品店，日式餐厅，中餐馆，披萨店和美
式餐厅，生活非常方便。
apt在岛上最大的超市正对面，走路1分钟不要即到，旁边还有USPS，逢周末岛上还有露
天集市卖各种新鲜水果蔬菜。Manhattan Park的设施很齐全，健身房，楼内洗衣房，24
小时doorman。交通方面，地铁F车可以到达Manhattan和Queens，步行至地铁站约10分
钟，或者坐环岛红巴士5分钟到达。从罗斯福岛乘坐地铁到Manhattan仅5分钟，到法拉
盛35分钟左右，到NYU或者Fordham都在30分钟以内。还有缆车可以直通曼哈顿上东城，
缆车站附近还有一个非常大的带室内游泳池的健身房。
房屋整体状况：3 br/ Flex 4 br with 2 bath

一般来说，manhattan里的酒店就比外面的贵很多，主要是方便而已啦
如果budget低的话，还是建议住NJ，坐path回manhattan。
但是如果要去clubbing 到很晚的话，car service 就会贵，如果这情况就住manhattan
贵一点就算了 |

one-hit wonder，有首很好听的歌叫Take On Me并有很有意思的MV，属于MTV电视台
反复播放捧红的第一代哦
原唱是80年代流行的Disco/Synth-Pop风格，不过我第一次听到的时候是同为挪威乐队
的Kings of Convenience的翻唱版本，变成了安静的acoustic 和声版，我觉得更配合
歌词的氛围(其实是先入为主。。)，比如第一句,

Manhattan distance做K-Medoid聚类的话是一个超频繁调用的操作。不知道你的最小生
成树的解法是从哪儿看来的。前面database指出了解这个问题的关键，就是在
Manhattan distance下X和Y独立。不过他的解法我实在没有看明白，只能猜一下。
我们的目标是任意给P点中的一点可以用O(1)算出所有点(P到自己的距离是0，包不包含
无所谓）到该点的距离之和sum(P)。这样所有点过一遍用O(n)就可以找出最优点。
这个sum(P)又可以分解 sum_x(P_x)+sum_y(P_y)。 sum_x和sum_y的算法相同。下面用

Looking to mid-April or early May move-in.
Location:
1. Roosevelt Island-it is the safest place in Manhattan. F train and the
Tram stops on the Island, one stop to Manhattan's 60th street at 2nd ave.
Everything is on the Island, church, library, several restaurants (include a
chinese takeout), two grocery stores that sell mostly everything, post
office right downstairs, garage parking for $190/mo, etc.
