search for the houses based on your requirement. There's just no such thing
as "rebate", as it's not legally allowed.

exclusive deal and being an official seller agent, and those 二道贩子，who
shuffle the same MLS list as everyone else. In the end, they all represent
seller and themselves, seldom the buyer. |
