much more important than fighting for a little bit of rebate... It is almost
nothing comparing to find the right house at the right price for you and
your family...
It is very hard to have a rebate you are looking for in Great Neck real
estate transaction... so far I know... (Made friends with a list of agents
in GN.)
Went in hundreds houses when we were looking for house in GN (bought one not
long ago). If you want, pls 站内. I would like to share some information/
knowledge I gained.

我以前在她这里看房，愿为我自己找的AGENT不在意，那里晓得这个人给我找房很上心。
结果第二天就给我找到了我需要的房子。所以我推荐。你可以交谈交谈。
但这个人至说英语。

powerful connection & inside information... Very hard working... Plus, never
lie to you. Only tell you the truth... Jason deserve to be on the top of my
list...
My stragegy is - respect and appreciate all the agent's time and effort.
Then you will pull the agent stand on your side instead of the seller's side
... Don't forget, for them it's just one out of many deals... But for you
and your family, it's really a big big decision - it decides where your kids
will grow up, where your family will spend years to come...
There are many reasons, stories, personal experiences... 都是些很主观的个
人经历... As we may become neighbors, I would be more than happier to share
with you privatly...
