You probably don't know 72 fairfax. That one was asking $500k. We offered $
525k and didn't get it.
A few days ago, that house was one of the comparable houses on my appraisal
document. We konw its final price was $560k, 12% more than asking price.....
.I would recommend you don't do carzy things like that.

没有一年也至少有9个月了吧。
屋主是个脊柱矫正师，楼下有一半是诊所。
后院有个小溪，但是不用交洪水保险。
这屋子要是你也在家做医生的，确实挺好，地点也好，临大马路。
但是，纯自住，就太吵了。我觉得，他们也一点没有降价的意思，其实就是想转手给做
医生的，或者针灸师，推拿师什么的。都不用再装修了。

The owner is Italian. Italian seem to have a good reputation on maintaining
houses.
This one is sold by owner, so your agent won't have any interest on this.
The problem of this one is the lot size is small, and the community nearby
is relatively cheap.
You don't want to buy a house which is 50% more expensive than your
neighbours'. This won't help to appreciate your house value at all.
