在9w south上，往hillside ave 右拐时，由于右边的shoulder太宽，以为右边的
shoulder是右拐lane。在红灯时，从右边shoulder绕过前面的两三辆车，往右拐了（没
有no turn on red的sign）。
距离这个路口0.8mile的地方有个shoulder for emergency use only的sign，很隐蔽，
路本身有点弯，而且旁边还有很多树枝（我拐的时候这个sign已经在我背后了),所以根
本没有看到。
在9w上，另外两个可以右拐的路口都有专门的右拐lane （转去Closter Dock Rd 和W
Clinton Ave的两个路口）。第一次走hillside就被抓了。给了个improper passing的
ticket，好像有四点还是五点来着。
约了8月9号去court，目的是把点降到最低，0最好。不知道有没有可能。大家说说我该
怎么跟法官讲呢？

is good, take it and pay the fine. If it is bad, and you feel you have a
case, you need to schedule another court appearance to defend yourself. It
seems, however, that you can always buy points if you are willing to.

不过，如果我不满意他们的offer，我可以go to another court appearance。这是上
诉，还是在同一个court里呀？
