very few of those), then there are duplexs on 2-3 floor and 3-4 floor.
Lots of new cars in the community though...even a Telsa S...MBA is nothing...
According to my observation:
maybe as much as 20% Chinese;
~10% A3, but mostly renters;
~5% Black at most;
~rest is white.
