其实就是一个很大的核电站, Buchanan, New York. 离北泽西大约30 miles.
这玩意儿一旦泄漏, 影响力是致命的. 更不要说周围的房地产价值将会贬值为0. |

maybe need to have a back up emergency plan.

required to meet very rigid standards and should have no safety concerns for
ordinary megnitude earth quake. Not sure what's the magnitude is. But for 5
.9, they have clarfied no any concerns |
