card scan.
I only sent them my SSN and told them I threw away my gift cards.
They still unlock my account.
So try to call them and see what they say.

为什么，我每次打电话要转客服都被挂断了呢
另外，我的账户还在review，这电话有打不通，太郁闷了

this account can add visa gc and load. Other accounts did not receive any
email notifications from serve, but they cannot add new cards. |

fax的东西这么快起作用了，原来不理也照样好，浪费时间.

发帖数: 923 | 10 可以选择等，说不定和ls一样，自动就好了。
也可以主动找serve，他们会让你fax材料过去的，交完材料就可以正常加卡了。
