候问了客服，客服说没有这个bonus。客服态度还挺好，转到supervisor。supervisor
也张口就说没有bonus，我说我有纸质的邮件。supervisor说稍等，查了几分钟，告诉
我是有这个bonus的。我听了就挂了电话，都没问为啥之前说没有，查了才有。因为已
经习惯了，以前也有类似情况，shopdicover里的cashback要打电话去催才给。
Discover经常悄悄赖账，要经常跟他们打电话催一催。 |

战， 上个月要了 说下个statement 给，但这个statement出来，还是没给，操。。。
还要跟客服再计算下 上个月 和 上上个月的 |

but did not receive the bonus 20000 miles. Chat with Discover, and was told
I do not have this promotion in my account. Before converting, I confirmed
this with Discover.
It is so sick.
