Check your utility online again. They may not be able to get money from
netspend and will reverse the payment. My PGE and netspend account are in
different name. Netspend denied PGE paybill

已经收到entergy 的 Thank you for Your Payment 的确认邮件了
但是netspend一直不扣钱
已经一周了
