After you called in, how long did it take to see the credit into your
account?
BOA bill pay messed my credit card payment. got late fee and finance charge
too.
As far as the credit score, it really depned whether citi reports it or not.
Some one said no impact from Citi, but do got reported from other credit
card company. I think it might be random. hehe

近期分数很重要，如果因为这件事坏了就惨了。
还有dispute一个transaction,后来发现dispute错了，settle down了，承认错误，钱
也让他收了。也有影响？

How long did the refunds appear on your credit card account after you called?
I disputed the transaction before(long time ago). I didn't see it on my
credit report. Just FYI.
