I reserved and paid a hotel through priceline.
And when I checked in, hotel asked me to give a credit card to pay any
potential incidental charges (they charged $500/7day) and told me they will
refund when I checked out. I used my Fidelity Amex credit card.
When I checked out, they refunded me $500 and gave me the receipt for the
return.
But two days later, I saw a $86 fee charged by the hotel. I called them they
told me that is Hotel fee during my stay.
My question is that Hotel have my permission to charge incidental fee, but
they refund me all of $500 already. that part is done. For the hotel fee,
hotel didnot tell me anything about it and didnot get my signature (my
permission) charge that. Can I refuse to pay that fee through disputing my
credit card?
Of course I called them, they are not polite and say I should know that,
which made me very mad so I want to do something about it.

这个前面的500是不是理解成pre-authorization
然后checkout的时候把那个结束了，此时86的charge是pending的，你没看见
然后过几天这个clear了冒出来了？

But when I checked out, hotel didnot mention this 86, and if they could
mention, they would have deducted 86 from 500. But they told me no charge
for incidental fee and refunded me all.
That is the reason I donot understand and felt very bad like hotel cheated
me.
I am not sure in this case, should I spend time to dispute this charge?

而且一般酒店主页也说了，只是check in的时候没告诉你而已。而且resort收费用似乎
也是常识

因为酒店前是priceline给的，你的收据神马的都是priceline给你的，实际上跟酒店没
有多少关系
