标 题: 何时买房--美国中部大城市

俺和LG现在在同一座城市，估计3年以内肯定不会动，5年以上就难说了。总工资税后
10W左右. 本来是想买房，一为住，二为房市可以是个投资的地方。
但我们都不喜家务活。虽说自己有房子好，可是听起来好像麻烦也不少。
现在房价又好像有跌的大趋势（本地实在不清楚），所以估计也挣不到钱。
另外，我们估计每年还有2，3个月不在这儿。
大家说，这房是不是该买呢？要是买，该什么时候买呢？

garden work, community maintance are taken charge by the administrative
office. So you don't have to worry about mowing or leave cleaning. And they
are quite cheap, the mortage would be around the rental price. Since you don
