So why didn't they take the basic measures to stop this from occurring AGAIN
! Its one deadly disease outbreak after another in China. They are still
dealing with the Swine flu outbreak! In their arrogance and refusal to admit
mistakes they keep doing the same thing and keep producing these deadly
diseases!

轻症患者也不该让回家隔离。 让武汉人回家就等于让他全家恐慌。
不如征用一个旅店， 把所有轻症患者集中管理。体温正常了就放回。 让新的轻症患者
进来。一般来说， 轻症患者3-10天就恢复正常就可以回家了。
武汉书记只知道征集清真牛肉， 不知道征用旅店安置轻症患者。
