常年食欲都很好， 近一个月来不大爱吃饭。。
病史 糖尿病约20 年了。但血糖控制得还好。
视力 现在总说眼睛发干， 发涩。。
其他 没有什末 异常感觉。。
人在美国， 没有办理保险。

other than basic labs/thyroid, he needs to get age appropriate cancer
screening (colon and prostate). may need to do more screening based on his
risk factors and medical history.
abdominal imaging probably is needed, since he has early satiety,
unintentional weight loss. |
