来了。 我去问美国医生，B type ultrasonic， 他们说美国已经好久不用这种仪器手
段了。 有人懂的么？ 结果那个医生让我去做了一个EGD--- upper gastro-intesinal
tract. 我是觉得胃没什么问题，问题出在肠道上。可是也不知道需要怎么才能快速的
找到根结 ？

i thought 疝气 is hernia, like inguinal/femoral hernia, you do not need to
get an ultrasound for the diagnosis, you need to see a good surgeon and get
a good physical exam, or you can do it yourself or ask your friend to do it,
assume you are male,
have the finger push on the scrotum sac, push up against the skin toward the
external ring, then you cough or strain, to increase the intra-abdominal
pressure, if it is true hernia, then the finger should be able to feel it,

even i can feel it, i'm still not sure it is hernia or not. more importantly
, how can i cnvince the doctor that i'm having hernia by myself diganose?
The doctors would not trust my feelinig without testing results. I wonder
what is the next step? Find a specilist to do the surgery?
