首先是去洗牙，原来的牙医说牙周炎很严重，deep cleaning不够
给我推荐了一个专治牙周炎的牙医
昨天去看了，测出牙周袋深度一堆678，还有9的，牙骨质损失30%~40%
然后强烈推荐激光治疗，开价7950美金，而且没有break up，哪一项花多少钱
就简简单单的列了 牙周手术，咬合矫正，前续后续手续若干
还说一次付清有5% off...
国内的大夫说先做基础治疗，效果不好再手术，并对直接手术表示不解
好像激光手术不用超过2k吧？？
我这情况先deep clean 观察一下有用么 |

发帖数: 3319 | 2 Deep cleaning first. Then take x-ray to see if you still have tartar deep
down below the gum. If you have, maybe you need to have flap surgery to
remove the tartar, about $1000, but insurance would cover a lot.
I was diagnosed with periodontal disease like you 8 years ago, the
periodontist wanted to charge me $4000 for guided tissue regeneration and
bone graft. But I switched to another periodontist, and had a flap surgery.
Then I use floss every day. Now I have very healthy gum and teeth. |

Also, this is exactly the same advice a dentist in China gives. She said
laser treatment is not necessary and may have other side effects.
At least most of my tartar came in quickly just in the past few months. I
will have a good chance to reduce some infection and pocket just by the deep
cleaning. So it will be what I do. |

发帖数: 3319 | 5 Make sure you have a good deep cleaning. Deep cleaning is covered by
insurance 80% once every three years. Some Chinese dentists do not charge
patients for any procedures covered by insurance 80% or more, so deep
cleaning is free if you go to those dentists.
