Ultrasound Abdominal Limited
Technique:
The right upper quadrant of the abdomen was examined by real-time ultrasound.
Findings:
The liver is normal in size, being 13.8 cm in its cephalocaudad diameter. It
shows normal echotexture and no evidence of a mass and no evidence of
intrahepatic biliary duct dilatation. The gallbladder contain four internal
echoes which were adherent to its walls. The largest of these was 2.7mm in
diameter. These did not cast acoustic shadows and did not move with |

Impression:
1. Normalbiliary imaging with no evidence for cystic duct or common duct
obstruction.
2. Decreased gallbladder ejection fraction of 20.81%. Values blow 35% are
considered abnormal. This may reflect some degree of gallbladder dysfunction.
