家人需要做一个脑部肿瘤介入手术（比较急），但是含碘的造影剂过敏。
不知道美国这边有没有不含碘的造影剂？
求各位推荐几家卖造影剂的公司或者能做这种手术的医院（能克服过敏问题）。

at first time, the pre-test showed safe(2 hours), but had anaphylactic shock
during the MRI.
the second time, pre-tested another contrast media, showed itch 8 hours
after the pre-test. so cancelled the surgery.
Any ideas?

MRI造影剂含gadolinium，anaphylactic shock很少见很少见，基本上有极少数病例报
道的就是multihance和prohance。其他厂家生产象omniscan，magnevist的safety
profile好些，但既然有这个病史，估计不会有人敢再给用了。
含碘造影剂是CT用的，过敏的人相对多些，但是跟MRI造影剂不应该交叉过敏。
脑部肿瘤介入手术的imaging，是定位用吗？如果确实MRI和CT造影剂都过敏，就比较难
办了，但一般情况下MRI的分辨率就应该够了，除非肿瘤很小或者水肿很严重，一般不
需要造影剂啊。
听说过有很大的cancer center用pet ct做介入定位的，不过在颅脑的应用有限。
单纯出于好奇，哪里的医院在做MRI之前还offer造影剂的pre-test？ |

美国的话，可以先试一下memorial sloan kettering和MD Anderson。

We have used mr contrast/gad for peripheral angiogram or venogram, poor
image quality but acceptable, however, the cost difference is quite high. It
may not be possible or adequate for cerebral angiogram/intervention if that
's what you need, but if you just need diagnostic or localization info,
maybe worth a shot.

of peripheral studies. We always produce excellent images. It's all about
technique and bolus timing.
