这个句子不难理解,但是我读起来有点歧义,我觉得有俩种理解,大家帮我看看哪种是对
的:
1. 这个人是只有一个descended testicle,另外那个没有降下来.唯一的这个还又红又
肿.
2. 俩个都desecneded了,其中一个又红又肿.
另外,如果病人没有cremasteric reflex,很可能是testicular torsion.如果病人是
cryptorchidism,会有cremasteric reflex吗? | J*********4

16-year male.Nauseated, no vomitting, temerature 101.No trauma or illness.
还有就是我前面提到的 one descended testicle that is red, swollen, and tender
to palpation. cremasteric reflex is absent.
问diagnoses, immediate intervention, future plan for work up.
