发帖数: 80 | 1 I attended Dr. Lanjing's Match Training Course 2012 at Marriott Hotel in
Newark, New Jersey on March 3. The course was very good. I learned a lot in
the course, and I believe all other trainees did so too. I appreciate Dr.
Lanjing's efforts.
Dr. Lanjing talked about match & application strategies, American culture
and health care system, common problems and mistakes of CMG, and model
physician. He also talked about OB, CV, PS and LOR.
Dr. Lanjing also conducted an mock interview with each trainee. He then gave
detailed advice to each of us on interview skills and answers to questions.
He helped each trainee find a unique personal story and the theme to be
used in the PS.
Dr. Lanjing stressed the importance of MSPE as opposed to most CMG's belief.
He doesn't believes that commercial externships are better than OB's. He
suggested to apply two specialties.
Through the course, I get to know Dr. Lanjing personally. He is really very
nice and very professional. He spent time reviewing the PS, CV, and
interview questions and answers of trainees before the course. He did
valuable correction and editing of these documents. He emailed and called me
to give advice and to offer help after the course. I know how busy he is as
an attending physician and the director of a division. If I can get into a
program and become a physician in future, I will pay back to the community
as Dr. Lanjing always does. | h**s

the way to shine among all the applicants and let the PD remeber you in IV
and rank you. And also the individualized stategy on how to get IVs. | s*********1

澜静医生非常认真负责，从早晨一直讲到下午，连午饭都没吃，还有course 之前的PS,
CV的editing，course 之后的follow up, 处处都让人觉得他是真心真意的想帮助大家
的。如果有一天我也能成为一名医生，我一定也要向他那样为大家做些事。

benefit lots from the class. Dr. Lanjing really made big efforts to help us.
