Newark, New Jersey on March 3. The course was very good. I learned a lot in
the course, and I believe all other trainees did so too. I appreciate Dr.
Lanjing's efforts.
Dr. Lanjing talked about match & application strategies, American culture
and health care system, common problems and mistakes of CMG, and model

上课内容包括美国文化、社交礼仪、单词发音、穿衣戴帽、老中的优缺点、到mock
interview及其点评，深受启发。我们纷纷为Lanjing老师的敬业精神和奉献精神所打动
。我们还需努力，争取match成功，将来像Lanjing老师一样，回馈社区，帮助更多的老
中。就像Lanjing老师说的那样“修合无人见，存心有天知”！
还有1感慨，本来本期class应该14同学，结果2名同学未到。其实还有许多同学想参加
，但苦于没有名额。强烈建议如果已经报名的同学如果要cancel的话，提前给Lanjing
老师发个email，同时也在skype match大组或bbs通报一声，这样好让其他感兴趣的同

Dress: black or navy blue suit, solid white shirt the best, light pink also
ok; business casual for dinner before interview.
Make up: must for female applicant to make us look more energetic;

首先我们能有的选择不多，之前联系了lanjing，9月份联系的，想上11月份的班Dr.
lanjing回信说已经没位置了。先联系lanjing因为那里毕竟有一天面对面的交流，所以
想着获得的信息估计会多点，虽然花费肯定要高很多。后来听人说Dr. lanjing比较挑
人，所以想着是不是我是低分老CMG，希望不大，所以就被拒绝了，现在也不得而知。
Dr. Wing的mock interview总价相对其他选择比较便宜，因为毕竟是网上的，1-1.5个
小时，但单位时间收费其实挺高的，但mock interview后我觉得还是值得花这些钱。之
前和我的language tutor（美国人，中学老师） 练过所有能想到的问题，language
tutor也给了我很多参考意见，但他毕竟不是从事医疗行业的。我也和实验室的
clinical fellow聊过相关内容，但他们以前是被面试者，从没面试过住院医生，所以

对性更好，我个人认为，Lanjing的商业化味道最淡。ACAP往年都有至少2次面试机会，
今年不清楚。 ACAP主要的好处是能够认识很多朋友。Wing的没有参加过，但是感觉更
加商业化，网络收费400/hr是有点承受不了。
前面在争论ACAP时，pathodream被误解了，其实他是真的热心。ACAP增加费用的原因我
不清楚，我猜是因为报名的人太多，没法消化才出这个策略的吧。 |

I highly respect Dr. Lanjing!!! He is one of the founders of ACAP SRF
committee that a lot of CMGs benefited a lot. Every feedback from Dr.

为什么国人不能和印度人，巴基斯坦人和中东人斗，都喜欢内斗。
我当年申请的时候（也可能是我申请的后一年），还有lanjing医生出来办班，被人攻
击，说商业行为。很长时间不见lanjing医生在板上了。那个班好像也没有再办下去。
难道别人帮你就一定要免费？没有一定的资金支持，这种免费能长久？作为attending
，一个小时应该挣多少钱？如果你还是门外汉，也许你不知道。至少我不会选择去挣办
班的钱，实在不如自己多接几个shift.
不要攻击我。我不是任何托。 |

New York Hospital Queens (NYHQ) 见习心得
我是比较早的那批得到NYHQ见习机会的。去之前，我除了知道自己要到内科见习，
其余一概不知。第一天报到后，懵懵地被送到了重症病房，又听说在我之前的人都有
present cases at attending rounds, 我着实吓了一大跳。第一周就在熟悉环境中很
狼狈地让时间溜走了。后来多多少少知道了这个见习机会的由来，我就更坚定了要写写
自己见习心得，让每个后来人都有备而来,满意而归。
一． 见习机会的由来
NYHQ见习时，常有来会诊的医生问我，是如何找到这个机会的，因为这个医院本身
对外是不允许见习生的。见习结束后，我只言片语地知道了这个长期固定的见习机会是
ACAP的Dr. Lanjing Zhang等医生主动与NYHQ的上层领导人联系后，为我们CMG争取到的
。在很多医院都已不允许正规见习的今天 |

一、正式 Mock Interview
