这是什么意思？我看到notory签名上面有写日期啊，是12月公证的，没有超过4个月啊
，对了，公证章是墨水的，有没有关系？

期功课啊。如果，你这签名人不在ECFMG的list上, 你还得再附上一封信，介绍一下
