blood test postive. 医院employee health 说这种情况是Latent TB， 不能在ICU，
cancer center 等high risk区Volunteer。
请问这种情况大家遇到过吗？我一直认为skin test postive 是BCG造成的， 因为X-
ray都正常。 这是不是意味着也不能考虑医学职业了？

suggest that you don't have active TB. they will suggest u to take INH for 6
months , but it's your right to decline this suggestion. |

blood test postive.”当时在给宝宝喂奶，所以不想吃INH
传染科医生说服我用药的理由就是，进residency以后，他可以为我出示已经服用INH的
证明（具体policy不知）。而且他带我OB的要求，也是用药以后1周才能开始（有ICU病
人，但传染科的大都带口罩穿隔离衣）。所以断奶以后就开始吃了。
PS，我的疗程是9个月，和pyrodoxine一起吃，每月复查肝功 |

QuantiFERON
it's latent TB. quantiferon test is very specific for detecting previous TB
exposure.
医院employee health 说这种情况是Latent TB， 不能在ICU，
Never heard of this before in my hospital. Probably a hospital policy.

blood test postive是终身的还是可以成为negative(如6 month INH treatment）？ |

了服药，人家还是让我去病房了，也没说有什么限制啊。 |
