多年这个病虽然在心理上很困扰我，但我从未出现过肝炎症状，我也一直没有进行过治

今年我四月Tuberculosis quanitiferon 血检成阳性，又做了chest X ray, X光检查结
果如下：
Soft tissues and osseous structures unremarkable. Heart vascularity normal.
Lungs well inflated. No active pulmonary filtrates seen. Calcification right
apex.
我现在怀孕19个星期，我的ob坚持让我见infectious desease doctor再决定是否对TB
进行治疗。 今天见的infectious desease doctor 认为我这种情况，服用TB的药物会
增加肝脏负担，她看不了我，要把我转到这个州最好的一家university hospital，这
样，我可以同时看infectious desease doctor 和hepato | u***e
发帖数: 611 | 2 你应该是latent TB，现在不需要治疗，断奶后再治疗吧。hepatitis B现在也不需要治
疗，肝功能正常的话，应该服用TB药物没有问题，但要定期检查肝功。hep B现在有些
新药，但也没特别有效的，而且副作用也大，还造成病毒变异啥的。稳定的话一般也不
治。小孩子要打疫苗。 | u***e
