understand how difficult it can be. You have survive the first month, you
will surely make it. Fight on (also with some relax whenever you get a
little chance) and best of luck! |

你。另外总拿“中国”xx说事，要找机会fight back。
下次他再说"中国读本科医学生怎么什么都没学"，你就微笑着说"I am HERE to learn"

surgery. It is not your problem, it is their problem. remember this. then
you can move on.
Your chief is an Asshole. No doubt about it.
Unfortunately, there is no way for you to fight back at this moment. Forget
about it, at least for now.
Be yourself. Get friends. Learn from them. There are good guys.
Believe me, relax. you will be fine.
BTW, your AMG classmates have the same pressure, just in a different way. |

about, any of your mistakes could kill a patient. Many people believe tough
training is necessary. Just study a lot, work hard, always have a good spirit and attitude.

昨天夜里从ER转过来，今天下午出院，你还没来得及熟悉病史呢，就要办出院手续了。
管了16个病人，整天就办PAPERWORK了，其他的遗嘱阿什么的SENIOR都做完了。还没搞
清楚药物学名和商品名呢，病人就走了。整天在做DICTATION.... |

总是被主治问的大脑一片空白，心跳加速，口舌结巴。
手脚特别慢，天天慨叹自己没用。。。

Congratulations for surviving the first month!
Cheer up and don't take the blames personally.
The chief resident takes care of more stuff (OR, administrative, acdemic,
clinic, etc) than interns do, and expects all his junior level residents to
help each other and take care of his service well. For interns, especially
our CMG interns, know little about the system, eg, pre- and post op routine
