3rd year resident during orientation. Residents are asked to be a sense of
support to their assigned intern. This will allow for a smoother transition
of the intern year by way of; Supporting, Assisting, Counseling, Providing
social/moral example to them. We encourage Residents to contact their
assigned Intern through email, phone, pager, meeting (lunch, dinner..ect)
